Damaged or incorrect orders

If a Donegal Studio Direct order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and a photo of the issue so we can help determine the appropriate next step with the fulfillment provider.

Returns

Return eligibility is governed by the retailer or fulfillment provider used for the order. Personalized, signed, numbered, digital, or made-to-order products may be subject to different return terms except where required by law or where the item is defective.
